She further examined sustainable design through Recycling vs. Upcycling: The Experiment, while contributing to knowledge-building in the field with Building a Fashion Dictionary, an evolving database aimed at making fashion terminology more accessible.

Her interests extend into cultural and market exploration, particularly through thrift shopping in Saudi Arabia and internationally, documenting the nuances of sourcing and value across different contexts.
